At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel with all original tags attached and include your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
